Reporting someone's behaviour

The fastest route is inside the app — press and hold a comment or message, or open a profile or a club, and choose Report. That puts it straight into our moderation queue with the context attached, and we aim to review it within 24 hours.

You can also Block anyone from their profile. A block is enforced on our servers, in both directions, so that person's comments and messages stop reaching you and yours stop reaching them.

If you cannot reach the app, or the matter is urgent, write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with the username and what happened. For anything involving a child, see our child safety page.

Common questions

I can't sign in

If you signed up with an email address, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If you used Sign in with Apple or Google, use the same button you used to sign up — a different one creates a different account.

A translation won't download

Translations are downloaded rather than built into the app, so the first run needs a connection. On a slow or restricted network, try again on Wi-Fi. If one translation keeps failing, open Translations and pick another; you can add the first one later.

The reader says a chapter couldn't be opened

The downloaded text is damaged. Open Translations, remove that translation and download it again.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for Bible Club in your device settings, then check Settings → Notifications in the app. The daily digest is separate and has its own switch and time.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account in the app, or from this page. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
